We are searching for some outstanding web developers to be responsible for developing innovative web solutions.  Our client's web developers work closely with management, sales, and the design team members to develop web solutions.  Programming and database administration are elements of these positions.  We will be hiring for 2 positions within the next 60 days.

Compensation is negotiable and open for discussion.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Operations Manager and other members of the team to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Attend client meetings as necessary during the sales process and during development.
• Determine appropriate architecture, and other technical solutions, and make relevant recommendations to the team.
• Communicate to the Operations Manager with efficiency and accuracy any progress and/or delays.
• Alert colleagues to emerging technologies or applications and the opportunities to integrate them into operations and activities.
• Be actively involved in and contribute regularly to the development team.

Qualifications

• BS in computer science or related field, or significant equivalent experience
• 2 years minimum Web programming experience, including .NET, PHP, or ASP
• Will be required to migrate to .NET
• 1 year minimum experience working with relational database systems such as MySQL or Microsoft SQL and a good working knowledge of SQL
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
• Experience of working in a group environment
• Exposure to web content management systems
• Ability to meet differing and diverse customer and staff needs
• Good communication skills
